We’d love for you to become a member of the Lake Bomoseen Environmental Alliance!
There are several ways to join:
Click here to visit our store and buy a membership online with a debit or credit card. You can also add an additional donation in the same transaction. Multiple people can join in the same transaction, but each member will have to fill out the membership form.
Print out a form and mail it with a check to PO Box 674 Bomoseen VT 05732.
Drop off the form with a check or cash at Tom’s Bait & Tackle. The bait shop will also have paper copies of the form. (Note: the bait shop has limited hours in November. Call ahead to ensure the shop is open.)

Please only join if you are 18 or older. Everyone who joins must agree with our Mission and Vision Statements and our Core Values and Purpose.
We will not share your personal information outside the board except as required by law. Responses to the form’s questions will be aggregated and used for statistical purposes and/or quoted anonymously.
About individual membership fees and our membership form:
The fee for an individual membership is currently $10 per person per year. A membership runs from January to December. Joining now will buy you membership until December 31, 2024.
We understand that the membership form is long. However, this information is very important to us. Some of it is required by law. We will use the other information to present an accurate picture of our group when talking to the state, press, etc.
If multiple people in a family support this cause, we ask that you take the extra time to sign each person up rather than just giving an extra donation. It is important to us to have as many people as possible join so that we can cite this number.
About business memberships:
The fee for a business membership is currently $100 per year. A membership runs from January to December. Joining now will buy you membership until December 31, 2024.
We will place a listing for your business on our business members page (coming soon), mention you on our Facebook page, and put your business name in any newsletters that we send.
Business members will not have voting rights; we encourage the business owners to join as individuals as well.
About donations:
We appreciate any and all donations. We will use these to support current and future projects and for the day-to-day running of the organization (e.g. paying website fees). Please make sure you've become a member of our organization as well!
Please note: The payment processor (Stripe) charges a 2.9% fee, which will reduce the amount we receive. If you want your donation to go further, you can mail a check to PO Box 674 Bomoseen, VT 05732.
If you want to donate a different amount, you can click the “donate” button at the bottom of every page. That donation will be processed as a separate transaction.
Also note that we are NOT yet a 501c3 organization, so donations are not tax deductible at this time.
